Immune function Platform

The immune testing platform integrates three core technologies: flow cytometry analysis, flow sorting, and imaging flow cytometry, thereby providing comprehensive solutions for immunological research and the clinical testing of infectious diseases. It plays a crucial role in diagnosing immune status, analyzing immune mechanisms, and optimizing treatment plans. By conducting immune cell subset analysis, functional evaluations, immune cell enrichment, and cell morphology visualization, a closed-loop research system is established. This system achieves immune testing, immune status analysis (via flow analysis), target cell separation (using flow sorting), and verification of cell function and morphology (through imaging flow cytometry). The platform offers powerful tools for immune diagnosis, mechanism research, and precise intervention in infectious diseases through the integration of multi-dimensional, high-precision technologies, thereby facilitating full-chain innovation from basic research to clinical translation. Currently, the platform is equipped with a total of eight devices/sets, including analytical flow cytometers (BD Fortessa, BD Canto II, BD Calibur, Sony 3800, and Beckman Cytoflex), sorting flow cytometers (BD Aria II, BD Melody), and imaging flow cytometry (Amnis® ImageStream® XMk II).
